eLearning Design with a Proven Return on Investment
I am an educational technologist with extensive experience in eLearning design, ILT, and vILT curriculum design, and presentation. I am passionate about creating interactive eLearning experiences that are learner-centered, web accessible, and cutting-edge. As an instructional designer, I analyze training needs in order to design appropriate eLearning products aligned with learning outcomes in order to solve business problems.
My background in STEM education and my training in andragogy gives me a unique advantage in designing technical training. I have a passion for taking apart complex subject matter and piecing it together to make understandable training. Finding the most interactive and applicable training is a challenge I enjoy. Innovation, creativity, and research are key approaches I use to design eLearning. I have designed the complete curriculum for 36 week courses including Robotics, Cybersecurity, Project Management, and Principles of Engineering. I also redesigned course work for a 36 week course called Technical Applications. Researching appropriate content and connecting with industry SME's and professors at Texas A&M to align curriculum goals with industry standards was large part of the curriculum development process.
I have a proven track record of designing training that improves business outcomes. As an instructional designer and consultant for the Texas A&M Family Health Clinic, my SOP aids and training module increased mobile app patient enrollment by seventy-six percent. This training also increased staff comfort levels in helping patients with enrollment by fifty three percent.
I would love the opportunity to find innovative learning solutions for your business needs.
